Refunds policy

1. Appointment Cancellations

You may cancel your scheduled appointment up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations made more than 4 hours in advanceEligible for refund

  • Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled timeNot eligible for refund

  • No-shows (not attending without cancellation) → No refund

This policy helps us respect the time of the individuals providing guidance.

2. How to Cancel an Appointment

To cancel your appointment, please contact us by email:

  • Your full name

  • Registered email address

  • Appointment date and time

Cancellations are processed based on the time we receive your email.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable (if applicable)

4. Changes or Rescheduling

At this time, rescheduling is subject to availability and must also be requested at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered outside this policy only in exceptional circumstances (such as technical issues from our side). Each request will be reviewed fairly and individually.
